These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and muara777 ("muara777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the muara777 website at https://muara777.cam and all services, features, content, and promotional programmes made available through it.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

muara777 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Malaysian market. The Platform facilitates real-money gambling including live casino games, sports betting, electronic slot games, and related entertainment products. All services are offered in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account with muara777, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. muara777 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any lower legal age threshold in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your place of residence. You must not be under legal guardianship or subject to any legal restriction on entering financial agreements.
3. Jurisdiction: You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location prior to registering. muara777 does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. muara777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
5. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update that information promptly upon any change. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period on any gambling platform, nor must you have requested self-exclusion from muara777 and subsequently be within an active exclusion period.

Upon completing the registration form, muara777 will create a single Account associated with your submitted details. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your Account, whether with or without your knowledge or consent.
• Notifying muara777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your Account.
• All activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

muara777 will never contact you to request your password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent muara777 support.

You may enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. muara777 strongly recommends enabling 2FA, particularly for accounts with high-value balances or elevated VIP tier status.

muara777 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following methods are currently supported:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank Connect, RHB Now
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at the account or platform level and may vary by payment method. All deposits are credited to your real-money wallet balance immediately or within the processing time indicated at point of transaction.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. muara777 reserves the right to return such deposits and to withhold any winnings generated from them.

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

Processing times (typical, not guaranteed):

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes in most cases.
• DuitNow / FPX instant transfer: 5 to 15 minutes under normal conditions.
• Direct bank wire / IBFT: 15 to 60 minutes. May take longer outside Malaysian banking hours.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active bonus funds with an outstanding wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
3. muara777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above internal thresholds.
4. Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed to the original payment method due to technical limitations may be redirected to an alternative verified method at muara777's discretion.
5. muara777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or accounts not registered in the Member's own name.

muara777 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general provisions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions:

• Each promotional offer is limited to one per eligible Account, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount, unless otherwise specified).
• Bonus validity periods are stated in the individual offer terms. Bonuses not utilised within the validity period are forfeited automatically without compensation.
• muara777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Members with active bonus balances will be notified of any material changes affecting their current balance.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional programme — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or multi-accounting — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• muara777 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, regardless of whether wagering requirements have been met.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the muara777 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product, as well as the following general provisions:

• Bet Acceptance: muara777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to be made on events with incorrect odds, bets from Accounts under review, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, or where the outcome was determined prior to bet placement and was known to the bettor. Void bets are refunded to the Account balance.
• Stake Limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits are applied per game, per market, and per Account. muara777 reserves the right to apply reduced limits to individual Accounts without prior notice.
• Sports Betting: All football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other sports betting markets are subject to the muara777 Sports Betting Rules, which supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Sports Betting Rules prevail in relation to sports betting disputes.
• Live Casino: Decisions by live dealer croupiers are final once a round is completed. Technical disconnections during a live casino round do not void a bet that has already been placed and accepted.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, muara777 will void all affected game rounds and return stakes to the respective Accounts. muara777 is not liable for any disruption to play caused by internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the muara777 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identification documents.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Conducting or facilitating any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from third-party payment sources not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward muara777 staff or other platform users.

muara777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9.
• The Member has failed to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Regulatory, licensing, or compliance obligations require the action.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.
• The Account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, muara777 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, withdrawable funds (excluding any bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting muara777 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out to the Member's verified payment method.

All content on the muara777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand name, text, graphics, user interface design, game titles, software, APIs, and data feeds — is the property of muara777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Using the muara777 name, logo, or brand identity for any commercial purpose.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, muara777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss or corruption of data, loss of access to the Account, or any losses arising from interruptions to the service caused by factors outside muara777's reasonable control (including internet outages, third-party payment failures, or force majeure events).
• Decisions made by the Member based on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

muara777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

muara777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Members. The Platform offers a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set reminders or automatic session timeouts to limit continuous play duration.
• Loss Limits: Members may cap net losses over defined periods to manage financial exposure.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the chosen duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration are available for Members who enable this feature.

Where an amendment materially alters the rights or obligations of existing Members, muara777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. However, it remains each Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

muara777 operates under international online gaming licensing. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to muara777's operating licence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be subject to muara777's internal dispute resolution process. Members are required to submit a written complaint to the support team before escalating a dispute to any external body.

muara777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under the applicable licensing framework.
